Returns & Refunds

1. Custom Products
All Hills Prints posters are custom-made to order using your personal GPS data. Because each poster is unique, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your poster arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@hillsprints.app with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or full refund.
3. Digital Downloads
Digital poster files are non-refundable once delivered, as the product cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your digital file, contact us and we will resolve it.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they enter production. Once submitted to our print partner, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
