Orders & Shipping
Where is my print?
Processing and printing typically takes 48-72 hours before your order is dispatched. After shipping, delivery times vary by location: 3-5 business days for US/EU, 5-10 days for international orders. Shipping times exclude customs delays as these are unfortunately out of our control.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Most orders include tracking. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime using your order number (HP-XXXXX) on our order tracking page.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to over 30 countries worldwide through our global print network. Orders are printed at the facility closest to you to minimize shipping time and environmental impact. Shipping is free worldwide.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free worldwide, regardless of your location or order size.
Your Print
What paper do you use?
We use 200gsm Enhanced Matte Art paper, which is a premium, heavyweight and slightly textured fine art paper with a smooth, clean finish. Colors stay vibrant for decades without fading.
What print sizes are available?
We offer A4 (210 × 297mm), A3 (297 × 420mm), A2 (420 × 594mm), and 18×24 inches (457 × 610mm). All sizes are available in both portrait and landscape orientations.
Does it come framed?
Currently we offer unframed prints only. Our standard sizes are designed to fit common frame sizes available at most home goods stores, making it easy to find the perfect frame for your space.
Design & Customization
I don't use Strava
No problem! You can upload GPX files from most popular GPS devices and fitness apps including Garmin, Apple Watch, Coros, and more. Just export your activity as a GPX file and upload it directly.
My Strava activities aren't loading
Make sure the activities are yours (not someone else's you've viewed), that they're not set to private, and that you've granted Hills Prints permission to view your activity data when connecting. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Strava account if issues persist.
Can I add multiple routes to one poster?
Currently, each poster features a single activity. We're working on a feature to combine multiple routes into one poster, which would be perfect for yearly summaries or multi-day adventures.
Can I use miles instead of kilometers?
The stats pulled from Strava or GPX files use metric units by default. You can manually edit the text fields to display miles if you prefer - just calculate and enter your preferred values.
Can I create a map without an activity/route?
Yes! You can create a poster of any area without an activity. Simply skip the route import step and customize the map view to show your desired location. You can remove any text labels by clearing them in the customization panel.
Can I customize the colors and layout?
Absolutely! Our design studio lets you customize nearly everything: route line color and style, map background, text and titles, stats displayed, elevation profile, and overall theme. Preview your changes in real-time before ordering.
The design page isn't loading properly
We support most modern browsers and devices. If you're experiencing issues, try using a different browser (Chrome or Firefox work best) or switch to a desktop/laptop computer. Clear your browser cache if problems persist.
Payment & Security
Are my card details secure?
Yes. We use Stripe to handle all transactions using certified, secure encryption. We never store any financial data ourselves - all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Due to the personalized nature of our prints, we don't offer standard returns. However, if your print arrives damaged or you're not satisfied with the quality, contact us within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We only store the minimum data needed to create and fulfill your order. Strava connections use OAuth and we never store your password. Route data for completed orders is retained only as needed for potential reprints or support inquiries.
